The data collected through the system facilitates statistical analysis of user behavior across different areas, supporting the optimization of container distribution and emptying schedules. This, in turn, contributes to the improved management of collection centers and enhances the efficiency of the entire separate waste collection service.

Registration process for users is straightforward: users must enter a username and password provided by the administrator, have a valid email address and/or mobile phone number, and accept the regulations concerning Personal Data Processing. The system performs verification of the user's email and/or mobile phone to activate container identification services and display contribution data.

Available functions within the application include:

• Container access: users can deposit waste by authenticating via the SIGMA mobile app.
• Waste disposal history: users can review their waste delivery record at any time. The data can be filtered by material type and timeframe (e.g., last 30 days, 60 days, since the beginning of the year). Data can be viewed as a list showing date and location of deposits or represented graphically.

The application also provides users with informational content related to proper waste disposal procedures.
